Jordan Yost, MA, LPC, ACS, PMH-C
Jordan is an Approved Clinical Supervisor through NBCC and a Licensed Professional Counselor. Her graduate training is in Transpersonal therapy with formal trainings in Synergetic Play Therapy, Perinatal Mental Health and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy. She focuses on nervous system regulation, attachment, mindfulness, somatic awareness and neuroscience. She integrates somatic and nature based interventions, connecting human to non-human beings as a model for building safety in relationships, creating empowerment in the lives of children, adolescents and new parents.
As a therapist, I have a unique set of skills to support children, adolescents and parents as a Perinatal Mental Health Counselor and trained in play therapy. I also offer online courses on the perinatal and postpartum periods through Teacheable, an online platform.
If you are looking for a somatic-centered therapist, I may be a great fit.
In my free time, I practice yoga, meditation, and particularly find solace hiking in the mountains around Bend with my two children.
