Eliza Bourke, CSWA

Eliza works with clients confronting anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, LGBTQIA+ identities, and addiction. Transitional periods, in age or otherwise, can illuminate our greatest challenges as people. Eliza’s background in mental health includes contexts of wilderness therapy, young adult residential programming, social-emotional classroom interventions, family work with preschool-aged clients, and international NGO research.  They follow a client-directed approach, understanding that each person is an expert in their own life while offering perspectives informed by developmental psychology, attachment theory, existentialism, Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. They also integrate regulation and processing practices such as movement, breathwork, and art depending on the client’s interests. Eliza enjoys painting, crafting, and long trail runs around Bend.
