Jaime Levine, LCSW, CADC-I

I believe growth happens in spaces filled with authenticity, humor and compassion. As a therapist specializing in working with teens and young adults, my approach is dynamic, empathetic, and tailored to meet the unique needs of those tumultuous growth filled years. I view therapy as a collaborative process where clients can explore and renegotiate their relationships with themselves and others. My goal is to help you build resilience and self compassion while helping you explore all of the unique things that make you, you!

I am most passionate about working with those struggling with substance use, conflict within family and relationships, emotional identification and exploration, depression, anxiety and trauma. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Collaborative Problem Solving, Harm Reduction, EMDR and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I have over a decade of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings including schools, wilderness therapy, substance use residential settings and community mental health. When I’m not in the therapy chair you can find me hanging with dog Sawyer and romping around the woods.
