Katie Blann, MA, L.P.C.a.

Katie is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate practicing in Oregon. She received her undergraduate degree from University of California, Los Angeles and completed her Master’s degree at Pacific University in Applied Psychological Science. She is passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to show up as your full human self, exactly as you are. Using an integrative approach she will draw from a number of different therapies to match your individual goals and needs. She aims to draw on the already present insight and resilience you possess to move towards growth and healing. Katie’s experience includes working with anxiety, depression, trauma, couples, personal growth, self-esteem, self-worth, mood disorders, and more.

Katie acknowledges and respects the importance of culture, identity, community, values, and perspectives across the life span for each individual. This is not only a lens for her practice, but also a life long commitment of viewing and engaging in the world through various lenses, absorbing powerful messages along the way. She has a deep love and respect for the nuances and complexities of people, and how those aspects make us who we are. It is her hope that through therapy she can support you in choosing perspectives that best serve you in life and relationships.

In her free time Katie immerses herself in nature whether that be through hiking, skiing, camping, swimming, scuba diving, or reading a book outside. Katie also enjoys yoga, meditating, time with animals, playing the ukulele, traveling, and connecting with those around her.
