Laura Hayes, CSWA
I am passionate about providing quality care to anyone who might be struggling with stress, the impacts of trauma, depression, anxiety, and more. I utilize a wide variety of therapeutic modalities such as interpersonal process therapy, relationship-focused therapy, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), and internal family systems therapy (IFS). My primary focus is always on the relationship and getting to know you as you are and for who you want to be. I have a solid foundation of knowledge in the field of psychological and relational trauma and love implementing techniques such as brainspotting, art therapy, somatic awareness, gentle movement, or other mid-brain processing tools when the time is right. I have received a Bachelor of Social Work as well as a Master of Social Work and I continue to utilize this education to guide my practice by bringing awareness to systems and cultural perspectives that may differ for each individual. I often spend my free time rock climbing, listening to music, working on home projects, or exploring with my dog, Cedar.
