Paige Edwards, BS, CSWA

Paige uses a trauma informed approach focusing on the brain-body connection, including Internal Family Systems, to help individuals understand themselves in a compassionate, clear way. She is passionate about helping individuals develop connection with who they really are, so they can live in their bodies and in their lives more authentically. This requires courage, honesty, deep listening, and acceptance; all of which can be accessed through the therapeutic relationship.

Paige has been in the mental health field for nearly a decade; working primarily in higher levels of care including residential and adventure therapy settings. She has worked with individuals of all ages, along with supporting caring professionals. Paige also facilitates nature based ceremonies including Vision Quests and Rites of Passages for individuals who are interested in alternative forms of healing.

Paige works with challenges including low self esteem, body image, depression, anxiety, professional burnout, relationship issues, low motivation, and addiction. Paige believes in a client driven approach, where each individual has the autonomy and freedom to explore what they are called to work through. She respects diversity in culture, ethnicity, values, age, sexuality, identity, race, and ability; understanding that everyone has their own definition of healing and wellness.

Outside of her professional work, Paige has recently been enjoying educating herself on auto mechanics and woodworking. She also is passionate about exploring the less populated corners of Oregon through trail running and  rafting.
