Sam Georgi, LPC Student Intern

A master’s student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Sam views counseling as a safe, supportive space in which to clarify values, get in touch with desires, and identify obstacles or misalignments as well as new tools and resources. She values personal growth and restoration and believes that you are the expert on your own life. Using curiosity and compassion, you are invited to explore the parts of yourself seeking greater healing, peace, and safety.

Theoretically, Sam’s approach to counseling is humanistic, drawing from Internal Family Systems and mindfulness to help support you in resolving internal conflict and building a more resilient nervous system.

Sam has worked in the world of legal psilocybin in Oregon since its beginning in 2023, completing training on psychedelic harm reduction and integration through Zendo Project. She is passionate about plant medicine and its potential to support and amplify existing therapeutic work.
