Sam Georgi, Professional Counselor Student Intern
Sam offers a compassionate, client-centered approach to counseling, creating a safe and supportive space for you to clarify your values, reconnect with your desires, and navigate life’s challenges. She believes you are the expert in your own life and sees therapy as a collaborative journey where curiosity and compassion guide the process. Together, you’ll explore the parts of yourself that seek healing, peace, and safety, building a foundation for personal growth and restoration.
Sam integrates humanistic principles with evidence-based approaches, drawing from Internal Family Systems and mindfulness practices to help you resolve internal conflicts and foster resilience. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a highly effective tool for processing painful memories and transforming limiting beliefs.
With a unique background in Oregon’s pioneering legal psilocybin space, Sam has completed specialized training in psychedelic harm reduction and integration through the Zendo Project. She is passionate about the healing potential of plant medicine when combined with therapeutic work.
