Open Women’s Group – Thursdays 6:30pm

Become a part of this empowering space dedicated to self-compassion, connection, and inner growth. Our group offers a nurturing environment where self-identifying women / womxn gather to cultivate deeper levels of self-compassion and foster meaningful connections with each other. 

About the Group:

  • Focus: Our Women’s Group centers on the profound journey of self-compassion and connection. Led by a licensed mental health therapist, this group provides a safe space for women seeking to enhance their self-compassion and develop a stronger connection with their inner peace and confidence in the healing presence of community.

  • Sessions: Join us every Thursday night from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, starting January 18th, for engaging discussions, guided self-reflection, mindfulness exercises, and coping strategies.

  • Inclusivity: Our Women’s Group is open to all self-identifying womxn. We aim to create a safe and welcoming space for individuals from diverse backgrounds.

  • Financial Accessibility: We believe in making mental health support accessible. Sessions are priced at $35 each, with the first session free, allowing you to explore and experience the group without financial commitment.
